The course will begin on Monday, February 10, 2020 and adjourn on February 14, 2020
(different than the previous Sunday through Thursday pattern)
Those registering at the Allied Health Professional rate will receive a non MD/DO Certificate of Completion.

*Criteria for Non-Scholarship Postdoctoral Fellows and Residents:
To be eligible for the reduced fee, you must be employed by an institution as a postdoctoral fellow who is within two years of graduation or a medical resident who is within six years of receipt of the M.D. degree. Proof of status is by letter from the head of the program on official university letterhead or a legible photocopy of a current University ID.

Cancellation Policy: If your registration must be cancelled your request must be received by email on or before January 3, 2020, your paid tuition, less a $150 administrative fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after January 4, 2020.
